What are the benefits of mobile apps?
Mobile applications or apps are one of the most versatile channels to approach your customers and interest potential customers (leads). Nowadays, practically everyone has mobile devices with which they interact all day long in their daily tasks. This is where a great opportunity arises for companies to be even closer to their customers and create another sales channel.
A mobile app can help you build customer loyalty, achieve greater interaction with your brand, provide them with a better experience, and offer a fresh image of your company. Additionally, a mobile app is an excellent vehicle to get feedback, if you ask users to share their experiences or opinions through the app.

What is the difference between native and hybrid apps?
One of the most common questions you will encounter when developing a mobile app is whether it needs to be native or hybrid. What does this mean? We explain it below:
Native apps: Native apps are developed exclusively for a mobile operating system, for example, iOS or Android. Thanks to this, it is possible to access all the native functionalities of the mobile device, increasing its possibilities and performance, for example, to obtain better graphic performance or access to functionalities such as GPS, data, camera, and accelerometer, among others. For this purpose, the programming language of each operating system is used, which can mean a higher development cost.
Hybrid Apps: These types of apps are largely multiplatform and make use of Web technologies for their operation. However, they run locally on the device and can also be executed without an Internet connection. As they are embedded in a browser of a native application, they have the same type of access to the native APIs of each operating system as well as to the system’s own resources (processor, GPS, camera, etc.). They maintain the distribution mode of native apps since they can be offered to the App Stores of different brands.
